How to cancel Brightmeds
We couldn't read Brightmeds' cancellation terms on its own site, so this page doesn't give steps we can't stand behind.
Brightmeds keeps its help and account pages at brightmeds.com/login. Contact it in writing before your next billing date and keep the reply.
Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. Brightmeds doesn't publish a notice period, so cancel well before it. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. If you bought a multi-month plan, read the refund terms above before you assume the unused months come back.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
What injectable testosterone costs at other providers

Full refund if you don't qualify or your prescription isn't approved. Otherwise the terms say fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
